Dhillon Dairy CRM

Dhillon Dairy, a UK-based milk delivery service, needed a CRM that could manage their daily operations with precision. Their business requires tracking customers, schedules, quantities and deliveries on a day-to-day basis, along with accurate billing and staff coordination. Off-the-shelf CRMs did not align with their process, so we developed a fully customized solution tailored to their operational workflow.

The CRM was built using the MERN stack, ensuring flexibility, speed and scalability. It includes dedicated modules for customer onboarding, subscription planning, delivery scheduling and product quantity tracking. The system allows the admin team to add customers, assign delivery routes, update orders, change daily quantities and manage holiday suspensions with just a few clicks.

We also created automated billing tools that calculate invoices based on consumption, schedule and product type. Delivery staff can view their daily routes and customer lists through role-based login, reducing communication gaps and improving accuracy. The admin dashboard provides real-time insights into active customers, pending payments, daily delivery load and performance analytics.

The interface is designed for ease of use, with a clean layout and fast responsiveness. By moving Dhillon Dairy operations into a centralized CRM, manual work has decreased significantly and overall process accuracy has improved.
