ABCO Infra needed a CRM that could adapt to their internal workflow instead of forcing their teams to adjust to a rigid, off-the-shelf system. Their operations involve managing leads, coordinating between departments and tracking multiple infrastructure projects at the same time, so precision and clarity were essential. We partnered with them to build a custom solution designed specifically around their daily processes.

We developed the platform using the MERN stack, which offered the flexibility and speed required for a growing enterprise. The CRM includes dedicated modules for lead intake, pipeline stages, task delegation and project progress tracking. Each team member gets a role-based dashboard that highlights the information most relevant to them, helping reduce time spent searching for updates or communicating across platforms.

To support seamless collaboration, we implemented internal notes, follow-up reminders, document uploads and activity logs. The reporting section gives management a clear view of lead performance, project status and team productivity, helping them make informed decisions quickly.

The interface was designed for clarity — clean layouts, simple navigation and fast responsiveness. Combined with secure Node.js APIs and a scalable MongoDB structure, the system offers long-term reliability as operations expand.
